Level 2 - Skilled Worker

Job Site: Maintenance
Hours/Days: 40 hours per week, 260 days (12 months)
Hourly Rate: $18.50 per hour
Benefits: Group insurance programs, PERF, paid leave days
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs, replacement, and preventive maintenance of KSC equipment and structures. Job duties include plumbing, painting, carpentry, mail courier, and facility upkeep.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years experience in a comparable role.
- Overall knowledge of tools and materials associated with the general maintenance of buildings.
Applicant must be physically able to lift 75 pounds, including but not limited to furniture, educational materials, bagged trash, and supplies. Applicant must be able to follow instructions by reading instructions by supervisors, product labels and training manuals. Applicant must possess a strong work ethic and good attitude. Applicant should be clean and neat in appearance.
