Maintenance General

The Maintenance General role will focus on handling and managing industrial materials, equipment, and waste while ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant facility. Responsibilities include operating equipment, assisting with maintenance tasks, maintaining records, and supporting team operations, including training and general upkeep of the work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Perform general maintenance duties in the facility related to the monitoring of, dispensing, removing, installing, recycling, labeling, cleaning, and disposing of filtration media, lubricants, cutting fluids, coolants, solvents, hydraulic fluids, and chemicals
• Operate forklift, scissor lift, and work off elevated surfaces and roof tops.
• Responsible for properly collecting, storing, and labeling hazardous and controlled wastes.
• Remove and replace abrasive medias.
• Maintain records as required.
• Assist maintenance mechanic as required.
• Perform duties of maintenance custodian as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and facility.
• Assist in the training of other employees.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Vocational training or technical certification (preferred)
• Ability to:
• • Lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Stand, bend, walk for long periods
  • Work in hot, cold, or noisy manufacturing conditions
• Comfortable working around machinery

Regular schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

The successful Candidate must be able to meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR) to gain access to technical data.

This position requires access to technology that is subject to U.S. export control regulations. Candidates must be eligible for employment in the US and meet the requirements of ITAR.
