Document Control Specialist

PTS Advance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control Coordinator to support engineering and project teams with document management and administrative coordination. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, supporting workflow processes, and ensuring accurate distribution of materials to internal teams, vendors, and clients. Responsibilities: Assist with project set-up and maintain document management procedures Coordinate documentation with engineers and project teams Compile and organize electronic project data books Process vendor submittals and issue transmittals Package and distribute electronic documents to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Monitor project workflows and assist with troubleshooting document issues Ensure accuracy and consistency of project records Perform additional administrative and project support duties as needed Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of applicable document control or administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access Strong data entry and organizational skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr PTS Advance
