Make a meaningful impact supporting students with disabilities as an RBT or BCBA in a dynamic school setting near Clinton, TN. This full-time, contract-based opportunity focuses on helping students thrive in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE), ensuring every learner receives the individual support they need. Work closely with educators, families, and school teams to empower students with disabilities to succeed both academically and socially.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Experience working in school settings with students with disabilities (SWD) is highly valued
- Comprehensive understanding of behavioral assessment, data analysis, and evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans aimed at improving LRE outcomes
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify students’ needs and create targeted intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to integrate behavioral supports within classroom environments
- Provide direct services and ongoing support to students, ensuring progress toward LRE goals
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Offer guidance, modeling, and support to school personnel regarding best practices in behavior management
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to improve student programming
