Desktop Support Analyst
The role supports the Manager of IT Services in various departmental activities aimed at enhancing overall corporate performance. Key responsibilities include the design, development, and maintenance of systems, data management, security access, project coordination, and interfacing with other systems. Additionally, the role involves gathering and analyzing information, refining processes, and providing end-user support through efficient and cost-effective technology solutions.
The position requires travel between multiple sites for on-site support, with typically one day spent at each location during the week. A reliable car is essential for this role. The locations to be covered are:
- Glassboro
- Waterford
- McKee City
- Cumberland / Millville
- Cape May
Qualifications:
- A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Significant professional experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Windows-based hardware and software applications is required.
- Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
Technical Skills:
- Active Directory & Windows Server 2000 (or higher)
- Office 2000 (or higher)
- Mobile and cellular technologies (iPad, Tablets, iPhone)
- ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Android-based tablets
