Key responsibilities:

Train and develop team members during your shifts
Recognize and reward achievements to motivate your team
Assign job duties and set clear goals
Deliver quality customer service to every guest
Maintain strict food safety standards
Assist with inventory control and restaurant cleanliness
Perform duties of cook, cashier, and line server as needed
