As a part of our team, you'll be engaged in a variety of fulfilling tasks that include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for patients in inpatient or outpatient settings, and crafting personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
• Applying evidence-based physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
• Collaborating with an array of professionals—including nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists—to ensure optimal care and outcomes for every patient.
• Educating patients and their families about therapies, discharge planning, and helpful exercises to conduct at home.
• Diligently documenting evaluations and treatment progress in adherence with regulatory standards and facility guidelines.
• Participating actively in interdisciplinary conferences and care team rounds to uphold a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.

To qualify for this role, we require:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification, preferred but not mandatory.
• Specialized certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics are welcomed, but not essential.
