Facilities Supervisor Job Category: Administration Requisition Number: FACIL009309 Posted: June 1, 2026 Full-Time Houston, TX 77073, USA Description Essential Job Functions Oversee day-to-day Rankin Road facility operations, including scheduling, escorting maintenance vendors, and performing inspections. Provide project management support for maintenance and tenant improvement projects. Track and trend facility maintenance spend and provide metrics to executive leadership. Perform risk-based asset management using a criticality-based hierarchy. Develop capital expenditure requests for assets beyond economical repair and present recommendations to executive leadership. Review quotes and invoices for accuracy, including identifying and challenging inflated markups on materials, equipment, labor, and scope of work. Monitor the internal ticketing system and maintain accurate data in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Manage third-party maintenance providers and related service partners for day-to-day operations. Perform vendor management functions to include, vetting, onboarding off boarding, and vendor grading. Requirements Minimum of four years of experience in facilities management or maintenance. Working knowledge of building construction and building systems, including HVAC, pneumatic controls, electrical, and fire protection systems. Ability to read and interpret operating instructions, maintenance procedures, drawings, blueprints, and safety rules. Experience with contract management, procurement, janitorial services, grounds maintenance, and pest control. Proficiency with computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).
