Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being through structured interviews and evidence-based evaluation tools.

• Developing customized treatment plans that reflect clients’ individual needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals, in consultation with the clients themselves.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and building healthier relationships.

• Regularly reviewing and adapting treatment plans to suit the evolving needs of clients.

• Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Providing crisis intervention support for clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate resources.

Qualifications\n
