Mobile HVAC Technician

Dayton, OH 45479 Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician Location: Dayton, OH Pay Range: $36-$40/hr What's the Job? Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities. Ensure equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient, safe manner to minimize downtime and extend system life. Perform inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration, with skills in electrical, piping, plumbing, and material handling equipment. Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time. What's Needed? Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment). Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems. Valid state driver’s license and willingness to perform call-in work as required.
