Insurance Marketing Sales Representative

As an Insurance Marketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential clients. You will need to be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and sales skills. Your primary goal will be to understand the insurance needs of prospective clients and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present suitable insurance solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensation: $47,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year.
