Policy Analyst

Summary Under general supervision, analyzes proposed policies, procedures, forms, and reports. Recommends operational improvement through standardization, simplification, discontinuance and other methods. Recommends installations of new systems/procedures. Reviews organizational functions and structure to avoid overlapping or duplication. May provide security administration to application supported by area when the appropriate written and approved request is received.

Location: This role is ONSITE in Columbia, SC. Full time M-F 8am-5pm

To qualify for this position, you will need:

• Required Education: Bachelors degree OR 4 years job related work experience or Associate's and 2 years job related work experience
• Required work experience: 2 years of data analysis or related operations experience

We prefer you have:

• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree-in Business, Healthcare or other job related field
• Preferred Work Experience: 2 years-of healthcare or insurance data analysis experience
• Preferred Software and Other Tools: DB2 skills. Knowledgeable of Cohere Health, Genesys, TNAV, and document distribution systems. Ability to work in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
