If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing order to complexity, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Coordinate and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across departmentsMonitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and operational KPIsServe as a central point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholdersMaintain and update operational documentation, databases, and reporting systemsAssist in scheduling, logistics coordination, and resource allocationIdentify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiativesPrepare and distribute operational reports, summaries, and communicationsRequirements:2+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination roleStrong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProblem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approachExperience in a service-based or facilities management industry is a plusAbout Us:SBS Services Group (SSG) is a trusted leader in facilities and support services, proudly serving clients across San Diego and beyond.
