The RN delivers patient-centered, evidence-based care to adults with complex neurological conditions, performing detailed neuro assessments, continuous monitoring, and timely interventions. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, coordinating multidisciplinary care, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation.
