You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing and executing industrial operations by coordinating technical data, and analysis of information (e.g., budget/financial performance, business analysis, workload leveling, or data analytics) intended to inform and guide decisions to support strategic planning initiatives for a shipyard or industrial organization. Examples of qualifying experience: working with senior leaders (internal and external to the Command) to address complex issues and coordinate unified responses to data calls, requests for information, inquiries, and similar efforts and activities; reviewing and analyzing complex information and data needed to inform senior leadership decision-making; summarizing analysis and findings, and conveying this information to senior leadership in a wide range of formats which include emails, briefings, issue papers, etc.; and coordinating and guiding a leadership team tasked with resolving long-standing problems and issues, particularly as related to public shipyards.
