As a Weld Associate, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. If you have a passion for welding and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesPerform welding tasks on various materials, ensuring precision and quality.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with standards.Participate in training and development programs to enhance welding skills.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding is a plus.Proven experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a welding environment.Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.You should be proficient in:Tape Measure ReadingWelding Setups for ProductionBlueprint Reading #J-18808-Ljbffr
