Job Description Azul Cantina is seeking passionate and dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be instrumental in bringing our flavorful dishes to life, inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that quality and service standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with Azul Cantina’s recipes and standards. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and neatly organized. Assist with the timely plating of dishes, paying attention to presentation and quality. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Participate in inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation guidelines. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
