Job Description

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Tech 2 Leader in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team while supporting the packaging of dishwasher detergent tablets on a production line. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.

In a Shift Leader job, youll be responsible for:

Team Leadership:

Leading and supporting production team members.
Monitoring workflow and ensuring production goals are met.
Communicating with supervisors regarding production issues and staffing needs.
Training and assisting employees as needed.

Packaging Products:

Assembling boxes, cartons, and other containers.
Placing products into appropriate packaging by hand or using automated machinery.
Wrapping items with protective materials.

Labeling and Documentation:

Applying correct shipping labels, barcodes, and product information.
Ensuring labels are accurate and legible.
Updating inventory systems and recording production data, including quantities and defects.

What youll need:

Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.
Previous warehouse experience required.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule and Pay:
Monday Friday
6:30 AM 3:30 PM
$16.00/hr
