A DAY IN THE LIFE Design and produce high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, proposals, social media graphics, email campaigns, banners, and advertisements. Develop andmaintainbrand identity and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications. Manage and prioritize multiple design projects with tight deadlines, whilemaintaininga keen attention to detail and accuracy. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns. Assistin website content management, including updates to the company's WordPress website. Provide design support for internal communication materials, such as newsletters and event promotions. Continuously research and stay current on industry trends, new tools, and techniques to improve and elevate design work. Develop templates and creative resources that follow our Brand Guidelines and support our marketing teams and marketing efforts. NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Necessary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, ora relatedfield. Minimum of5+years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the construction or industrial design sector. Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with social media marketing and management, including content creation for various platforms. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Experience supporting marketing teams directly. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of WordPress website CMS and basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Motion graphics or video editing experience.
