Physical Therapist (Full-Time)We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and help patients return to work and daily activities with confidence.Focus Areas: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention.Schedule: Flexible options available (4x10s or 5x8s).Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience, plus quarterly incentive opportunities.ResponsibilitiesPerform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver evidence-based interventions and update plans as neededEducate patients on home exercise programs and injury preventionMaintain timely, accurate documentationCollaborate with physicians and care teamsEnsure compliance with licensing, safety, and confidentiality standardsQualificationsGraduate or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programActive California PT license (or in progress)Strong communication and documentation skillsOutpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcomeBilingual Spanish is a plusBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) with employer matchContinuing education stipend and paid CME timePaid time off and holidaysNo required nights or weekends
