Overview:
Empower Physical Therapy is a PT-owned private practice that focuses on employee satisfaction and ensuring that therapists have the opportunity to practice the way they are trained. The clinic provides 1-on-1 patient care with a flexible schedule that respects work-life balance. Charting can be done during work hours.

Work Schedule:

• Clinic is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm .
• Four 10-hour days are available for those who want a 3-day weekend .
• The specific work schedule will be determined based on mutual agreement for flexibility.

Caseload:

• General Outpatient Orthopedics and Worker's Comp .
• Opportunity for passion projects and specialty areas to help shape your caseload according to your interests.

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required.
• Eligible for Oregon state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team.
• No experience required , new grad PTs are welcome! A mentorship program is available.
