We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multitask and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, coordinating photography and additional marketing assets, posting and maintaining MLS listings, scheduling open houses, and managing seller expectations. $45,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold
• Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
• Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database

• Coordinate all aspects of bringing a home to the market, including scheduling photography, preparing listing paperwork, and managing timelines and expectations
• Input and maintain listing data in MLS and internal CRM systems
• Manage communication between clients, agents, vendors, and co-brokers to ensure deadlines are met and expectations are aligned
• Oversee point of sale requirements (including septic/well inspections as needed)
• Prepare and deliver marketing materials and sign installations in collaboration with our couriers
• Follow up with clients weekly to provide updates and ensure a high-touch experience
• Ensure all documentation is properly e-filed and compliant with our brokerage and MLS requirements 
• Assist with coordinating open houses, showing instructions, and listing updates

• Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
• Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
• Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable working with various personalities and managing client expectations
• Systems-oriented with a love for process and efficiency
• Passionate about helping others and providing a seamless client experience
• Positive attitude with a proactive and self-starting approach
• Previous experience in real estate or coordination is preferred but not required

• Familiarity with MLS systems, CRM platforms, and digital productivity tools is a plus
