Palo Alto, CA | Hybrid | $70,000 + Benefits

A growing California estate planning and special needs law practice is looking for a Community Liaison to build meaningful relationships with professionals, organizations, and community partners throughout California.

This is a relationship-focused role for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building trust, staying organized, and connecting people with valuable resources. You’ll represent the organization in the community, develop referral relationships, coordinate educational events, and help strengthen our network of trusted professionals and vendors.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, healthcare professionals, social workers, nonprofits, therapists, fiduciaries, and other community professionals.
• Coordinate networking meetings, lunches, presentations, webinars, seminars, and community events.
• Attend professional and community networking events and represent the organization with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners.
• Identify new partnership, sponsorship, and community engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate newsletters, referral thank-you cards, gifts, and other relationship-building initiatives.
• Maintain accurate contact and relationship records and track outreach, events, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Work with the internal team to identify opportunities to educate the community and connect families with helpful resources.

Previous professional experience is required, preferably in community relations, business development, networking, outreach, partnerships, client relations, marketing, or a similar relationship-focused role.

Legal experience is nice-to-have but not required. What matters most is your ability to build authentic, long-term relationships and represent the organization with professionalism and care.

Position Details

Location: Palo Alto, CA area

Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST

Weekend: Some weekend events may be required

Salary: $70,000 annually

Location Requirement

Candidates must be local to the Palo Alto, California area and comfortable attending in-person networking events, meetings, presentations, lunches, and community activities.
