Description: The unit profile aims to provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include vital information to assist in identifying highly qualified staff. The imaging department operates on the first floor. The staff's full capacity is approximately 6.8 when fully staffed. Staff members include MRI Technologists and MRI Imaging Assistants. The equipment used includes GE and Hitachi machines. The electronic medical record system in use is EPIC. Candidates must possess the required skill set to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting. A full range of MRI procedures is performed on this unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork and compassion for patients. The dress code consists of charcoal gray scrubs. Unit policies and guidelines are available separately. This position offers an opportunity to work with new technology and equipment. Strong team dynamics and experienced staff contribute to a supportive work environment.
