Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Kubernetes / Ansible)Cyber Security Engineering Specialist III - Cybersecurity Data Analysis ServicesLocation: Springfield, VA - on siteTime Type: Full time, ExemptClearance Required to Start: Active TS/SCI (U.S. citizenship required)Additional Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government polygraph (post-hire requirement)Travel: Less than 10%, localSalary Range: $117,000 – $128,000 Cleared work, but the job is automation.RISA is hiring an infrastructure automation engineer to build and run the platform our customer's mission depends on. If you have been doing serious Kubernetes, Ansible, and Linux work and you hold a TS/SCI, this is the rare role that pays you for both. You will talk to the owner here, not a recruiting queue.What You Will DoLead the design, build, and maintenance of virtualized and containerized infrastructure.Mature automation across the server lifecycle - onboarding, patching, sunsetting.Build and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure and onboard development teams onto it.Administer Ansible and Salt, and write the documentation and training around them.Keep CI/CD performant and current; run root cause analysis on escalated issues.Work directly with customers from planning through maintenance.What You'll BringU.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI.Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Government polygraph after hire.Education and experience, per the contract labor category criteria: Bachelor's degree in a field applicable to the position plus 6 years of relevant experience.
