Lead Content Moderator

Experienced content specialists will find a hybrid/remote opportunity as a Lead Content Moderator, responsible for managing moderation projects, implementing innovative techniques, and ensuring compliance with content guidelines and policies. Key responsibilities Lead moderation projects to enhance the accuracy and eligibility of published content Identify, analyze, and moderate content to ensure compliance with guidelines while implementing strategic improvements Produce detailed reports on moderation activities and contribute to team goals by identifying areas for process enhancement Required qualifications 4+ years of relevant professional experience University degree or equivalent experience required Advanced proficiency in user-generated content moderation Intermediate data analysis skills, with familiarity in tools for tracking moderation effectiveness; SQL proficiency is a plus Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across an organization
