Senior Business Analyst This role is responsible for bridging business objectives with practical solutions by translating needs into well‑defined processes, system improvements, and technology outcomes. The position plays a critical part in ensuring that initiatives are clearly understood, properly scoped, and effectively delivered. Success requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to drive clarity across complex environments. Worksite Location Onsite in St. Cloud, MN. Pay Range $95k – $130k No work visa sponsorship available; no C2C, thank you Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision PTO 401k Roles & Responsibilities Serve as a key point of contact between operational teams and technical resources to promote alignment and shared understanding of goals Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and improved operational efficiency Lead discovery efforts for initiatives involving system enhancements or workflow changes, ranging in complexity Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions to gather insights and define both current and future state processes Drive structured discussions by setting objectives, guiding dialogue, and ensuring outcomes are achieved Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements in formats such as user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria Translate business needs into clearly articulated functional and non‑functional specifications Maintain organized, accurate documentation including process maps, procedures, and supporting materials Collaborate with delivery and testing teams to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly and implemented effectively Assist with validation and testing activities, including tracking issues and supporting resolution effortsCommunicate updates and concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences, tailoring messaging as appropriate Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while adapting to shifting timelines and business needs Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or comparable role Demonstrated ability to lead requirements from initial discovery through implementation Strong experience in business process evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives Proficiency in documenting requirements using structured methods and standard frameworks Skilled in facilitating both virtual and in‑person sessions with diverse stakeholder groups Experience creating process flows using tools such as Visio, Miro, or similar platforms Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences Experience working with tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration platforms like Jira or Confluence Ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving environment with multiple concurrent initiatives Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Versique is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
