Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends not required, but weekend availability may be needed. Role The position is for a Field Service Representative who will install and maintain retail displays for leading technology brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Responsibilities include installing and updating sales floor fixtures, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, following planograms, maintaining displays, communicating quickly with management, completing required forms, and ensuring on‑time delivery of all assignments. Key Responsibilities Respond to and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability updated and accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete necessary forms, surveys, and job documentation. Maintain and update displays according to planograms or client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Complete training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Qualifications Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Experience installing and merchandising displays. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to follow planogram directives. Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment. Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 ft, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, crouch, bend, and reach overhead. Must own an Android or iPhone to upload photos and data. Acceptable to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a 30‑day period.
