The successful candidate will be tasked with the comprehensive management of the Annuity Solutions business, including the oversight of in‑force profitability, financial reporting, risk analysis, experience studies, and client relationship management. This is a senior leadership position that demands a professional with a strong background in annuity reinsurance, and the ability to demonstrate strategic communication skills and excellent leadership. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) with more than 15 years’ experience in re/insurance. Key responsibilities for the EVP, Head of Annuity Solutions, include ensuring the financial health of the business, conducting in‑depth risk analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
