Field Service Technician (Atlanta, GA)

Job Description Job Description ThermalWorks LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our team, working directly with the thermal works team as well as local contractors, focusing on Startup/Commissioning and Service for all thermal works equipment. We are looking for someone who is a detail-oriented individual who is goal-oriented with a foundational knowledge in HVAC. This individual should have good written and verbal communication skills. The Service Technician needs to be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: * Manage Preventative Maintenance and Service schedules. * Perform on-site quality Control for the installation of Thermal Works products * Perform all preventative maintenance and service needs for clients * Be available to take emergency issues when on call. * Monitor service software closely to ensure services are met on a timely schedule * Collaboration with different departments within the company for product development and improvement * Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of thermal works equipment. * 50% travel requirement within the United States. Skills & Requirements Education / Experience * 608 EPA certification * Experience in Mechanical Critical Infrastructure Service and Maintenance Specific Skills / Abilities * Base line circuit analysis and troubleshooting of electrical components. * knowledge of hydronic systems * Ability to effectively troubleshoot HVAC systems * Understand refrigeration theory as well as hands-on applied sciences * Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service * Ability to read drawings at a basic level * Able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the day Great Place to Work Enjoy… A fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation.
