As a Baker, you’ll do much more than bake. You’ll help prepare our fresh, made-from-scratch kolaches, provide outstanding service to our guests, and work alongside a supportive team to create an exceptional experience every day. Starting Pay: $13.50/hour for baker shifts beginning before 7:00 AM. What You'll Do Prepare and bake fresh kolaches, pastries, and other bakery items following company recipes and standards. Prepare fillings, glazes, coffee, and other products for daily service. Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day. Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service. Accurately take customer orders, operate the register, and handle cash and credit card transactions. Restock products and supplies as needed. Keep the bakery, kitchen, dining room, and workstations clean, organized, and sanitary. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Work as part of a team to ensure every customer has a great experience.
