Associate Director, Healthcare Law

Revolution Medicines seeks an experienced healthcare attorney to serve as Associate Director of Healthcare Law, supporting commercialization strategy and serving as legal expert for market access, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance matters in oncology.
Responsibilities
- Lead legal strategy for market access contracting with wholesalers, specialty pharmacies, PBMs, GPOs, and managed care entities
- Provide strategic counsel on government pricing obligations, rebate programs, and federal transparency requirements
- Serve as primary legal advisor to Commercial, Market Access, and Marketing teams on launch and commercialization activities
- Develop policies and procedures for commercialization compliance in partnership with the Compliance function
- Review promotional materials and serve as legal representative on promotional review committees
Requirements
- Extensive experience in healthcare and commercial law, particularly pharmaceutical commercialization
- Deep knowledge of federal healthcare regulatory frameworks and fraud/abuse statutes
- Expertise in drug pricing programs, including Medicaid rebates, 340B, and Medicare reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead contract negotiation and management across complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of compliance, reimbursement strategy, and market access practices
- Experience advising on patient support programs and healthcare distribution channels
