To support your role, we offer: Lead Pay: $22.00 – $32.00/hr. Performance Pay: Commission splits and bonuses are available. Incentivized Quality: Positive Review Commissions... your leadership directly impacts your weekly pay. Travel Support: Paid drive time + mileage reimbursement. Our #2 Priority is to provide a stellar cleaning service for our clients. You ensure this by modeling excellence and supporting your crew. You will: Lead & Delegate: Guide cleaning teams on-site, assigning tasks to ensure efficiency while physically assisting with the cleaning to set the pace. Manage Client Connections: Serve as the main point of contact, leading initial and final walkthroughs to ensure the client is thrilled with the "Vibe." Uphold Quality Standards: Track team progress, ensure every checklist item is perfected, and handle post-service communication: like "tipping texts" and client notes. Coordinate Logistics: Communicate arrival times, updates, and any on-site issues to both the client and management. Requirements: 3+ years of residential cleaning experience + 1 year as a Trainer or Lead. Strong communicator who is comfortable holding others accountable and modeling values. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Able to lift 25–35 lbs. Able to work Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (32–35 hrs/week). Ability to pass a criminal background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
