• License/Certs: Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license, BLS certification, Valid driver's license
• Experience: 1+ year preferred, home healthcare experience a plus

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $32 - $36/hour, based on experience
• Additional Compensation: $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days), mileage reimbursed, bonus opportunities

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home patient assessments for respiratory needs
• Provide clinical education on respiratory equipment and device management
• Adjust ventilator and oxygen therapy settings as per physician orders
• Troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices to ensure proper functioning
• Support patients via follow-up calls to monitor ongoing care
• Travel to patient homes using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Participate in on-call duties for ventilator issues if needed

What You Need

• Current Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license and BLS certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 1+ year of relevant clinical or home healthcare experience (preferred)
• Ability to travel within service areas and maintain compliance with safety policies
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if required
