Nurse Practitioner – Alteas Health We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, self‑starting nurse practitioner to join our clinical team in Senior Care Facilities located in Beachwood and Cleveland Heights. About Alteas Health Alteas Health is a rapidly growing, innovative company that provides sub‑specialty care to underserved populations across several states, including Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Diagnose or treat acute health care problems such as illnesses, infections, or injuries. Recommend diagnostic or therapeutic interventions and order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests. Maintain complete and detailed records of patients’ health care plans and prognoses. Prescribe medications and educate patients about self‑management of acute or chronic illnesses. Complete the full patient consenting process. Minimum Requirements Current and valid NP licensure in Ohio. Access to insured, reliable transportation. Minimum six months of prior NP work experience. Preferred Requirements Two or more years of nursing home experience. Two or more years of pulmonary experience. Additional prior NP work experience beyond the minimum.
