Because who you are is what we need.# **Job Category**Retail# **Position Summary**Responsible for every aspect of the store operation, which includes: selecting, coaching and developing store teammates as well as merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services. Sign-on bonus of $2,500 (for first-time hires)Pay Range: $64,365.00 - $109,410.00\_\_\_**Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices.
