Our locally owned Ellie Mental Health clinic in Clinton Township is hiring a full-time LPC or LMSW with experience treating gambling concerns and other addictions. Flexible scheduling and a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions based on client needs A comfortable, furnished office Scheduling, billing, referral, and administrative support Health, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k); PTO; and paid holidays, based on eligibility A collaborative team, regular clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth What you’ll do Provide outpatient therapy for adults navigating gambling concerns, substance use, or other addictive behaviors Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Help clients build coping skills, address underlying concerns, and work toward lasting change Involve families or other supports in care when appropriate Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the Clinic Director and fellow clinicians to support quality care What you’ll bring A master’s degree in a behavioral health field An active, full Michigan LPC or LMSW license Experience treating gambling concerns and addiction Skill in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-informed therapy A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach and strong communication skills Familiarity with electronic health records; Valant experience is a plus Full-time clinicians are expected to average at least 25 recorded client sessions per week . Some evening or weekend availability is helpful for clients who need appointments outside standard work hours.
