Join Our Team at The Springs of El Dorado!
We're seeking a reliable individual to join us as our Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our facility. Duties include:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greeting and screening staff as they report to work, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
- Monitoring the front door to ensure security and safety measures are upheld.
- Assisting visitors with inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
**Position Details:**
- **Hours:** 2:00pm to 10:00pm
- **Location:** The Springs of El Dorado
