You will continuously monitor progress and pivot your treatment strategies in real-time to ensure the best possible outcomes.Educate & Advocate: You'll serve as a vital bridge for families and caregivers, providing the education and adaptive tools they need to ensure a safe, successful transition home.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:Bachelor's degree required.
