This is not a load board operation. This is a structured regional position built for drivers who want to know exactly what their week looks like before they leave the yard.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Dedicated regional lanes across 11 western states
• Dry van, no touch freight, assigned equipment, and a dispatch window that keeps you moving.
• You will operate a late model 20222025 Freightliner or Kenworth same truck, every week.
• 60% Drop & Hook. 40% Live Load. Mixed day and night dispatch depending on route.

YOUR PAY:

• $1,300 $1,500 average weekly earnings
• Up to $0.65 CPM based on verified experience
• Top drivers earning $1,800 per week
• 2,200 2,500 miles available every week
• Pay raise every 6 months automatic, no negotiating
• Extra stop pay, layover pay & breakdown pay included
• $300 orientation bonus upon completion

NEW GRADUATE? YOU QUALIFY:

If you hold a CDL-A and completed 120+ hours at an accredited trucking school this lane is open to you.

• 4 to 6 week paid mentorship before solo dispatch
• Guaranteed pay throughout entire training period
• Immediate transition to $0.56 CPM from day one of solo driving
• No OTR experience required your school hours are enough

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid CDL-A 21 years or older
• 6 months verifiable OTR experience OR recent CDL graduate with 120+ accredited training hours
• No at-fault accidents or major violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• Employment gaps max 6 months in last year, 12 months across last 3 years
• Pre-employment hair & urine drug screening required
