We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Bike Shop Retail Service Manager who shares our passion for cycling and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This exciting role will see you:

• Leads the service department with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates the intake process for customer bikes, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Mentors a team of service technicians to deliver high-quality repairs.
• Effectively delegates tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

We're open to candidates with Bike Shop Service Management experience, but welcome riders and enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels.

Duties include:

• Empowering service technicians to grow and develop their skills.
• Fostering a positive and productive team environment through clear communication and goal-setting.
• Ensuring the service team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service operations.

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of bicycle retail management experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in bicycle service.
• High level of organizational ability; exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enthusiastically embraces the concept of serving the customer and providing an exceptional retail experience.
• Is capable of safely lifting and carrying 25lbs on a regular basis.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Is intrinsically self motivated, positive, and friendly; able to work both independently and as a member of a team; and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience or knowledge in the following areas:

• Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Bicycle Repair tools and techniques.
• Training and Coaching/Development programs.
• Sales Strategy formulation and execution.
