Machine Operator - Digital Print

We foster authentic relationships through innovative products and exceptional service. The Machine Operator will work in our production department printing orders for our customers. No sublimation experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Completes daily production orders as per schedules and on time. Review quality of prints and finished product throughout entire job run Reports issue/delays to supervisor immediately See that production equipment is regular and properly maintained Identify & suggest new production efficiencies to supervisor Ensure adequate supplies (raw materials, necessary parts) are stocked to prevent delays Actively prevents problems by being observant and creative Requirements: Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job. 1-2 years manufacturing/production/printing or equivalent experience Great customer service; both internal and externally. Can develop a "critical eye" for color accuracy, registration, and quality Organized and proficient with basic computer skills: Excel, Word, & Outlook Team player that takes responsibility yetthrives in a ream environment Ability to understand and execute instructions High school diploma or GED required Physical and Mental Requirements: The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
