Business Analyst / Project Manager

Develop, coordinate, track, and manage projects for simultaneous initiatives of varying sizes Support cross-functional project teams comprising application development, IT operations, and information security teams Document user acceptance test plans with subject matter experts and coordinate user acceptance testing Document and track project changes, risks, and issues through resolution Meet with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements Maintain and update requirements documentation Communicate requirements and project changes to stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field 3+ years of Project Management experience 2+ years of Business Analysis experience Experience leveraging ServiceNow and GitHub to manage task workflows, issue resolution, and milestone health Experience with Agile project execution across multi-cloud infrastructure, virtual server environments, end-user systems, and AI service integrations Experience monitoring project risks, POA&Ms, and milestones for FedRAMP compliance, Zero Trust controls, and enterprise network infrastructure upgrades Ability to translate conceptual requirements into business and functional requirements Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements Experience managing projects across development lifecycles from analysis through implementation Track record managing multiple projects of varying scope, size, and complexity Familiarity with software or systems development lifecycles Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requirements Excellent communication skills Must be a US Citizen Must be eligible to obtain a sensitive clearance — Position of Public Trust Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years Cannot have more than 6 months of travel outside the United States within the last 5 years, excluding military service Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Project Management and Business Analysis, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects across various methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
