Plant Hydration Specialist

We are hiring three seasonal Plant Hydration Specialists . In this role, you will be responsible for watering, feeding, and monitoring the health of our commercial customers’ flowers, plants, and landscape beds.

Skills and responsibilities include:

• Water, feed, and monitor the health of flowers, plants, and landscape beds for commercial clients
• Operate and maintain watering equipment, including troubleshooting water tank issues as needed
• Follow a consistent schedule to ensure all assigned areas receive proper hydration
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability while representing DeSantis Landscapes on client sites
• Communicate effectively and help de-escalate any potentially charged situations with clients or the public
• Work flexible hours, with start times as early as 3:00 a.m., and adapt to changing schedules as needed
• This seasonal position runs from May 25, 2026, to September 7, 2026, and candidates must possess a valid driver’s license. This position may be based in Sherwood or North Portland.
