Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tech to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. This position requires extensive driving to various job sites, so a valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience and certifications related to water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration, as well as reconstruction work.
Key Responsibilities

• Travel frequently to job sites across the Tallahassee area and surrounding regions.
• Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Conduct fire and smoke damage cleanup and restoration.
• Identify and remediate mold issues following industry standards.
• Assist with reconstruction (recon) tasks as needed to restore properties.
• Handle biohazard cleanup and remediation safely and effectively.
• Follow IICRC standards and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain and operate restoration equipment and tools properly.
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Required Skills & Certifications

• Valid IICRC certifications related to Water, Fire, Mold, and Biohazard restoration.
• Proven experience as a restoration Tech with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Ability and willingness to drive extensively throughout the workday.
• Knowledge of reconstruction (recon) processes and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in restoration or related field preferred.
