Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Plaza Midwood in finding a Full‑Time Nanny for their 4‑month‑old son. The nanny would be needed Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The best nanny for this family would be nurturing, reliable, kind, and experienced in caring for infants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of developmental milestones and be proactive in supporting the child’s growth through age‑appropriate activities and engagement. Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a consistent daily schedule, incorporating tummy time, developmental play, reading, singing, neighborhood strolls, and other enriching activities throughout the day. The family is looking for a nanny who will keep their child engaged and active with a strict no‑screen‑time approach. As the child grows, the nanny will take him to the park, playground, library, and local story times to support social and developmental growth. The Dad works from home in a detached office, so the nanny should be comfortable with this while respecting proper work‑from‑home boundaries.
