Job Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide high-quality care in a Level III-IV NICU environment. Responsibilities include managing respiratory support, UVC/UAC, and administering medications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for premature infants and high-risk neonates
• Administer respiratory support for ventilators
• Manage NG/OG tubes, NCPAP, and PICC lines
• Collaborate on care plans and prepare patients for discharge to home
• Possibly float to ER to act as a sitter, though rare

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Level III-IV NICU experience
• WA state license, BLS, and NRP certifications
• Experience with respiratory support for vents, trachs preferred
• Skills in managing G-tubes, developing care plans, and handling UAC/UVC
• Friendly attitude and ability to work well in team settings
