We invite you to explore a career with Wellbridge and are proud to offer comprehensive and affordable benefits including lifestyle perks such as free cafeteria service and an on-site gym/wellness center!The Server is responsible for serving patients and employees in a cafeteria setting, ensuring timely service to maximize a positive dining experience as well as assist with general maintenance of the kitchen, dining room, and service areas.Responsibilities include:Provide excellent customer service to all patients and guestsWork in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow employees, assisting when necessaryCheck daily task sheet for assigned station and side workCheck station tables for settings and cleanliness, especially inspecting glass and silverware and remove and/or replace as necessaryRead the menu and know the selections prior to approaching the wait station. Respond to questions about the food, if possible, if not, report the question to the Chef on dutyAssist in the plating and proper portion controls of some or all the following: appetizers, salads, soup, beverages and desserts for patients and guestsBefore serving, checks meal to see that it is appetizing in appearance and presents wellDemonstrate proper storage practices, including, time and date labeling, quality assurance, categorizing storage areas and stock rotationAssure that condiments and supplies for next meal are readily availableDo special assigned cleaning jobs based on periodic schedulesClean-up and sanitation of tables, service area, dining room and kitchen as assignedMonitor patients' dietary needs and make menu suggestions accordinglyMonitor patients' eating habits and report anything unusual to the FSDWear proper and clean uniform as directed by WellbridgeRemove trash as requiredPositivity and a sense of urgency area must. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following food safety standards and operate kitchen equipment. Position self to prepare and maintain kitchen, stockroom(s), and meals as directed. Consistently moves and carries food orders and supplies up to 30lbs without assistance. Push, pull cleaning equipment daily.
