About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Richland Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Documenting patient information and progress in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• 1-2 years of experience as an LPN

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
