Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Shifts:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM-  Morning Shift
• 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM- Afternoon Shift

Pay Frequency: Weekly

We have partnered with a local Senior Living facility that is looking for a Food Service & Hospitality Workers- Come Join Our Team in Brevard, NC! This position supports the culinary team while helping create a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.

If you enjoy working with people, take pride in keeping things clean and organized, and have a heart for serving others, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Assist with meal preparation and meal service
• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
• Set and clear tables before and after meals
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and other kitchen items
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Stock and organize food service and dining supplies
• Assist the culinary team with daily kitchen and dining operations
• Provide courteous and compassionate service to senior residents
• Follow all community policies and health and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous food service, hospitality, restaurant, healthcare, or senior living experience is a plus
• A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Professional and friendly communication skills
• Compassion and patience when working with older adults
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
